About Air Polisher
| Air Polisher is a versatile tool with a high free speed range for buffing and polishing a wide range of surfaces - paint, metal, stone and plastic. These are available in the market as heavy-duty pneumatic polishers and mini air polishers with a lever throttle for positive speed control. Lightweight and compact, the Air Polisher is one of the most durable tools of its kind suitable for polishing and is designed for continuous production applications. In addition to the increased power and spindle speed, there are two types of handles included: a side handles for edge profiling and polishing and a “C” handles for core drilling and flat surface polishing. Air polisher is a powerful workhorse suitable for use in the shop or on the job site.
General features of Air Polishers are: • Heavy-duty, balanced, ball bearing construction • Dead handle that mounts for left or right hand operation • Low speed for polishing applications - 2,500 RPM free speed • Lever throttle for positive speed control • The water-tight sealed bearings provide long life and smooth rotational speeds • The water and air controls on the tool are simple to use and located for operator convenience • Flexible rubber splash guard and caster assembly for extra stability while polishing flat areas. |
